Wedding Videographer Belfast and Beyond!
HI THERE, I’M JAMIE.
It’s essential to establish a great relationship with your wedding videographer, that’s why when we decide to work together I’ll invite you for a coffee and an informal chat. This is my chance to get to know you both, learn your plans for the big day, and how I might capture them. So since I’ll be learning a lot about you both as a couple - it’s only fair that you learn a little about me too.
My goal is to offer you the highest quality of service and tell your unique love story - using industry-leading equipment, my unique filmmaking approach, and professional editing skills.
I’m based just outside of Banbridge in Northern Ireland - but happily travel frequently for my work. I’ve been married to my beautiful wife for over 10 years, and together we welcomed our adorable daughter into the world. When that happened - everything changed.
I knew I wanted to be available to her as often as possible as she grows - and being a wedding videographer allows me that luxury, while at the same time, fueling my creative passions with couples across the country - it’s really a win/win situation for all involved. In addition to that, I have a wee pup who’s attached to me at the hip - so leaving her is also a struggle.
When I’m not stuck behind a screen, I’m spending time with my family and friends, out for long walks with the dog, listening to podcasts, rock and roll, or in the gym.
So now that you know a little bit more about me - it’s time that I learnt about you. Let’s get together for that coffee - it’s on me!
AS A VIDEOGRAPHER
I use a selection of professional equipment to ensure that I’m filming the day perfectly including cinema-grade cameras from Sony, paired with very expensive prime and zoom lenses that allow me to capture everything from the intricate details on the dress, to the ceremony from afar.
Additionally, I use professional audio equipment, a gimbal for getting those gliding steady shots, high-end LED lighting panels to light up those darker environments, and a DJI pro drone that allows me to film from the sky, adding another layer to your luxury wedding film.
It’s taken me years of experimentation to narrow down a suitable wedding day equipment list - but I’m proud to say that all of this is carried with me on the wedding day - and every piece of it is used in order to create the stunning wedding films you see on this site.
With all my years of experience within the filming industry, I have honed my craft and developed a unique style of cinematic storytelling perfect for weddings.
I’m always keen to improve, so when I’m not behind the camera, you can find me researching new tools and techniques of filmmaking, editing and longing after expensive equipment I hope someday to be able to afford.
