DURING THE CONSULTATION

Fancy a coffee? Or prefer to chat over the phone/zoom. Whatever makes you comfortable. During our consultation, we will get to know each other a little better. I’ll learn about you both as a couple - what you like and dislike and how I can be of service in capturing all of what you want on film. We will talk in-depth about the package you’re considering and how we can work together to make sure everything is perfect on the Wedding Day.

If you’ve not seen my past work, I’ll share it with you - so that you can have a better idea of what you’ll be getting with each package.

Filming Weddings in Northern Ireland can be tricky, so we will plan out contingencies in case of bad weather, area limitations, or unforeseen circumstances that may occur. It’s always good to have a backup plan.

Finally, we’ll walk through the day, from bridal prep in the morning to your first dance. You’ll most likely already have a good idea of the timings and what is to happen throughout the day - so I will take my lead from you.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Once you’re happy with your decision, and we’re excited to work together, I’ll forward you my contract to complete and explain how to pay the booking fee. Once signed and paid, your date is locked in. So you can go on preparing your wedding day - safe in the knowledge that your videographer is locked in.

YOUR WEDDING FILM

Before the big day comes, I’ll be back in touch with you - just to check over last-minute decisions, or changes you may have made. I’ll contact the photographer and venue, and (if I don’t know them already) introduce myself so they know I’m coming to film your day. This makes the whole process a lot smoother.

Then it’s time for you two to be married.

On the day I’ll stick to the background - it is YOUR day obviously - so I will be capturing it like a fly on the wall. We will set time aside to get some romantic shots, (usually with your photographer) before rounding off the day with the reception, speeches and first dance.

Next - you rest, and I get to work. Your wedding film will take me a couple of weeks to put together, but I will be in touch with you the entire time. Learn more about What to Expect.
